- Candles that have been used, burned, altered, improperly used, or not cared for according to candle-care instructions are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- The seller is not responsible for issues resulting from improper use, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care guidelines.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide
clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Photo documentation is required to process any
replacement, exchange, or refund.
Once verified, we will gladly offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, as appropriate.
Please note: Shipping carriers do not guarantee damage coverage, and cosmetic damage that does
not affect product use may not qualify for replacement.
